Order Cancellation Policy
At NAIYA ESCULENTS, we strive to deliver high-quality products with a seamless customer experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our policy below to help facilitate a smooth process.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- Time Frame: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
- Full Refund: Orders canceled within this period will receive a 100% refund through the original payment method.
- Cancellation Method: Orders can be canceled via your account on our website or by contacting customer support at [customer support email/phone number].
2. Cancellation After Dispatch:
- Non-perishable Products: Orders that have been dispatched cannot be canceled. However, once delivered, you may initiate a return request in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Perishable Products: For perishable items (e.g., fresh produce), orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
- Partial Cancellation: If you’ve ordered multiple products, cancellation may apply only to products not yet dispatched. Partial cancellation is subject to the product's dispatch status.
3. Restocking Fees (For Bulk Orders):
In case of cancellation of bulk or customized orders (e.g., large quantities or special requests), a restocking fee of 10-15% may be charged if the order has been prepared but not dispatched.
This fee is applied to cover any material and preparation costs already incurred.
4. Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from confirmation. It may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
5. Delayed Shipment Cancellations:
If there’s an unexpected delay in shipping beyond 5 business days after the expected dispatch date, you may opt to cancel the order for a full refund.
NAIYA ESCULENTS will also notify customers of any significant shipment delays and provide an option to either wait or cancel.
6. Incorrect Orders or Damaged Products:
If an incorrect product or damaged item is received, customers are encouraged to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may choose to return the product for a refund or exchange, and we will cover any return shipping costs for these cases.
7. Order Modification Instead of Cancellation:
If you wish to modify your order (such as changing the product or delivery address), we encourage you to do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact customer support to modify orders in progress.
8. Auto-Cancellation for Non-payment:
Orders that are pending payment may be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 48 hours from the order date.
9. Bulk/Wholesale Orders:
Non-refundable Deposits: For large or bulk orders, a non-refundable deposit of 25-50% may be required at the time of booking. Cancellations after production has begun will forfeit the deposit.
10. Special Circumstances:
- Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events, NAIYA ESCULENTS reserves the right to modify shipping times or cancel orders without prior notice. Full refunds will be processed in such events.
- Customer Error in Address or Contact Details: If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, reshipping charges will apply, or the customer can opt for a refund minus shipping fees.
